Putting it together
The ModPod is a seriously clever construction. It can be built on or off site, which means very little disruption to your personal space.
Structurally sound, heavy-duty steel base frames support the main structure, which is made up of durable, element-resistant, insulated panels. These can then be cladded any way you like, with materials such as wood, IBR, corrugated sheets or Neutek paneling with an option of wood grain or smooth, painted gloss or matt.
We also offer an energy saving, water-based heat-shield coating on the roof, which dramatically reduces heat absorption.
